3-level and multi-level converters and designed for accurate and reliable management of powerful and high-voltage igbt-modules,

Packaged in standard cases 130 x 140 mm or 190 x 140 mm, ensuring optimal protection.

1sd536f2 drivers are based on the advanced concept scale 1 chipset. Drivers are fully equipped with protection features, including:

Vce monitoring for protection against short circuit; Lock after failure; Disconnection at low voltage.

The 1sd536f2 series drivers are equipped with active clamping, providing reliable and highly effective protection for expensive igbt drivers.
